Pickup/dropoff was super convenient at the transit center since I came from the airport. The car was clean and everything worked well. A bonus was avoiding the crazy gas prices right now. Perfect for my trip! Thanks :-)

I’m giving this rental 3 stars. I’m giving this rental 3 stars. The vehicle itself was fine, but communication with the owner, Daniel, was frustrating. I reached out about picking up the car three hours earlier, but he didn’t respond until an hour later, so I ended up walking nearly a mile to a nearby coffee shop while waiting. I also tried to subtract one day from my rental, but he didn’t respond until several hours later, and by then I had already been charged for another day. Better communication and quicker responses would have made this a much better experience.
