Exterior was good but the interior, specifically the center counsel, could use a little TLC. The center counsel was flaking off and sticky, leading to black marks on the right sleeve of all my shirts.

The car had a smell … couldn’t tell if it was from smoke or cleaning materials. Three times it shook violently on the highway … seemed to be from hitting a seem on the bridge. Seems to come from front right.

Our host was very nice, but I am giving it 2 stars because I was traveling with 3 grandkids ages 12-16 and when we opened the doors there was a grossly overwhelming smell of marijuana that was very offensive. We all felt like we smelled like it each time we got out of the vehicle and I felt there should have been a full disclosure prior to renting. None of our family uses drugs and again we were very very offended that we paid over $700 to rent this Jeep.

I would like to thank you for your honest feedback and assure you that the problem will be remedied immediately.
