The car was fantastic for my trip and everything went perfectly smoothly! Above all, it was a really good trip, and I would love to rent from you once more for my next trip when I get the chance.
The only reason I'm giving it a 4.5/5 is just to offer a quick, helpful heads-up for maintenance: I noticed right from the time I picked up the vehicle that whenever I slow down or come to a stop, there is a bit of a vibration in the steering wheel. It actually vibrates even more when slowing down from freeway speeds. It feels like the front brake rotors might just be getting a little warped or are ready for a standard replacement/resurfacing. It did this consistently ever since the start of the trip, so I just wanted to pass it along so you can have a mechanic take a quick look before the next guest. Thanks again for a great rental experience!
