Unfortunately this is not personal to the owner of the car rather than the company she uses for renting. The 3rd party was rude, and unprofessional. The day I got the car they were more than an hour late and had to drive me to the Car lot because they did nor indicate the MVY airport does not accept that companies car rental and gave them a notice. Then they told me the car would be easily rechargeable which was not true because Telsa chargers are very scarce on the island. This caused me to return the car a day earlier and get told by the owner that I was "dumb" in other words because he failed to tell me the cars adapter was in the middle (which it was not). In the future I will not be renting from Turo in MVY.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The Tesla Model Y was spotless, fully charged, and exactly as described. Elisa provided clear and easy to follow directions to the vehicle, which made pickup completely hassle free.
Communication was excellent, and they were very helpful throughout my 10 day rental in Martha’s Vineyard. The Tesla drove perfectly and made exploring the island even more enjoyable, especially if the FSD.I would absolutely rent from Elisa again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress free Turo experience in Martha’s Vineyard.
