Pick up location was challenging, at 7pm on a Thursday we waited for three rounds of the shuttle before we could get on. Said shuttle comes every 8min, not accurate. We essentially waited 40 min to catch a shuttle. Car was filled with gas and ready for use, was tidy but not “clean”. Car ran just fine and we had no issues. Odd smell in the car as well but I think it was because of the seat covers.
