The vehicle itself n host was nice initially, but unfortunately there was a safety issue with the tire that made it unsafe to continue driving.
I reported it immediately and stopped driving for safety reasons. The biggest challenge was communication with the host, as I did not receive a timely response. I then had to go through Turo support to resolve the situation.
Turo ultimately assisted with next steps, but the situation did disrupt my trip 😩
Overall, I would recommend future renters thoroughly inspect the vehicle at pickup and ensure they are comfortable with the condition before driving.
