The car was great on gas but the car smelled of cigarettes throughout the trip. I was only informed that the smell would be there after I notified them of the trip. The car also had limits on the speed and volume, which was odd considering I've rented plenty of rental cars and none had those limitations.

We are very sorry about the inconvenience caused by cigarets smell, last guest had smoked in the car when we unfortunately had only 3 hours between trips, the speed limit is a setting in the dash that you can disable easily, If you contacted us about I would have guided you to how to disable that, for us already we have given you 5 stars even though you gave us a car back with pet hair and beach sand everywhere, but we will take your review seriously and will make sure next guests are happy 😊
