1st time renting with Turo overall a pretty good experience. Had a couple issues like the key fob did not work. Being a female on the road I'd like to get myself and my daughter in the car as quickly as possible and with a broken key fob that's pretty hard to do. The car was pretty well maintained except the smell once entering was not pleasant. A real good air freshener would prob help.

Host was nice. Car was clean. Personally I am not a fan of needing to get a car wash before returning the car, so I probably won't rent again. But if that doesn't bother you, it was a nice experience.

Didn’t get the key until 8:47 after calling many times and was asked to take time out of my trip that I paid for to wash their car.
