Montigo was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and flexible. He was willing to get on calls to respond to questions about the car and adjust the pickup and drop off location to make it more convenient for me. The car was clean and drove smoothly. While after torrential rains there was a minor issues with the "Check Engine" sensor, Montigo was super responsive, helped us book an appointment at Lexus, and stayed in touch while the issue was resolved.
