Everything went smoothly until the car broke down on us in the middle of downtown Portland 2 hours after picking up. Then had to wait for Stephanie to find another car & come meet us.. my comments on the other car/end of trip details will be in my other review

Mechanical problem with the vehicle; however, owner was responsive and Turo support made timely towing arrangements. Turo stated that replacement vehicle (Rental) expense would be reimbursed. Vehicle appeared to be well maintained and did not give the impression it was not properly serviced. Finding a replacement was very inconvenient and time consuming but mechanical issues are unpredictable and can happen to any vehicle. A complaint I would note is with the Turo app. Three attempts were made to add a registered Turo user to the trip but failed to process. I was often unavailable during the time of towing and vehicle replacement so it would have been helpful to have another person on the trip to read messages via app as well as another point of contact. I’m rating this trip with a 2 star until I’m reimbursed for the replacement vehicle. It will be upgraded to 4 once reimbursed
