Omar was an outstanding host! His Mercedes was immaculate, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, and Omar was friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire trip. The vehicle drove perfectly and made our trip even more enjoyable. Best Turo host yet. I have used Turo a handful of times and there was always some kind of issue that occurred. This time was the smoothest and most courteous and helpful experience yet. The level of service and respect is a great reminder to “skip the counter” altogether and go Turo. If I am ever back in the area this is the first guy that will know after my wife.
