The host and Co-host of the car were responsive in their communication with me, and the pick up and drop off was very pleasant. However, the vehicle does requires a lot of maintenance. The panoramic sunroof shade is broken so, if it’s going to a hot and sunny day, be prepared to receive a sunburn while driving the car. Additionally, the check engine light came on while driving indicating low engine oil. Due to the maintenance issues this experience was a 3 stars at best.
