Pickup was well informed and super supportive! Only has issues with the backup camera being slightly misaligned.

The pick up location was convenient, but we did have to pay the maximum daily rate for parking which was $26 that he didn’t tell us about. The cars brakes were quite squeaky and the backup camera was not properly aligned. This led us to bump into another car as we were backing out of a parking spot. The backup camera was misaligned by a full 3 feet.
Thank you for your feedback. Airport parking fees and pickup details are disclosed before each trip, including estimated fees of $4–$24 depending on pickup timing. These fees are set by PDX airport.
Regarding the backup camera, no prior alignment issues had been reported during inspections or previous rentals. Drivers are still responsible for checking surroundings while backing up. We take all feedback seriously and will inspect the concerns mentioned.
