Host was a Thief. Wouldnt even pay for the full 4 brand new ($820) tires we put on rental. We had to end trip because he wanted the two back tires to take up space in the rental driven back to him. We ended trip and returned the two tires he requested and 4 brand new tires on the rental. All luggage wouldnt accommidate the space, but made it work. Roman said he knew the tires were unsafe while on the phone with me and had rented it to my family anyway!!! Circumstances made me get the four tires Les Schwab couldnt fix back tire because of how bad the front tires were. Car was rented with 1/32 tire tread rating front tires. Which Roman contested their professional opinion in the report. Extremely difficult host. DONT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY!!!!!
The guest had a single flat tire during the trip.Instead of contacting me or Turo Roadside,he took it upon himself to replace all four tires at Les Schwab without my authorization. This is a major violation of Turo's policy regarding unauthorized repairs. My pre-trip photos prove the vehicle was provided with safe and legal tires.I refused to pay for an unapproved bill for a full set of tires I did not authorize. I prioritize safety, but it must be handled through the proper official channels.
