The host was super communicative, which I really appreciated. They switched cars and gave me a car that was almost ten years older with almost 200k miles and didn’t disclose that it took premium gas til I picked it up - had I known, I probably wouldn’t have agreed to the switch. In addition, at this time, one of the tail lights is broken and there are scrapes on the back left bumper. I didn’t notice them til half way through my trip and about had a heart attack. Luckily I took photos when I picked up the car. When I looked back at them, I saw this damage was there when i picked up. Just something to note if you rent this car.
