Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this rental experience.
The vehicle was not delivered with a full fuel tank as expected, the inside of the windshield was very dirty which reduced visibility, and there was no windshield washer fluid available during the trip.
I also experienced a mechanical issue during my road trip that seriously affected my confidence in the overall reliability and maintenance condition of the vehicle. Despite the inconvenience and stress caused during the trip, no compensation or commercial gesture was offered afterward.
Communication remained polite overall, but considering the condition and reliability concerns encountered during the rental, this experience did not meet the standards I expected for a long-distance road trip vehicle.

Florian, after the trip, the vehicle was inspected and no oil leaks or mechanical issues were found. Over 1000+ miles after the report and more rentals, the oil level has remained correct with no similar concerns reported.
Also, we requested supporting evidence to investigate further, but none was provided.
The vehicle was delivered with a full tank, as documented in the check-in photos, and we always remained available throughout the trip to assist at any time.
