We really enjoyed the car and Edgar’s customer service! His communication was great and he checked in during our trip to make sure we didn’t have any issues or questions. I failed to realize the pick up wasn’t near LAX but Edgar told me that I could change the location for the return so that made it much more convenient. We will definitely rent the car again the next time we’re in town if available!

The car was great overall! However, picking it up at Panda Express with our luggage and the whole family wasn’t the most pleasant experience. Also, not having a full tank of gas upon arrival is something that should be addressed for next time.
That said, we truly enjoyed traveling in your vehicle and had a great trip. We’d definitely consider renting from you again in the future. Thanks!
Hey. Thanks for your feedback. First off all, you get the instructions for the pick up and drop off as soon as you book the car, which says that you gonna pick up the car at Panda Express parking lot because we are not allowed to enter the airport. Second, however much the fuel we give you with, you can return the same way you got it from us.
