Mike made everything so easy. We really enjoyed the vehicle. It was in great shape and we will come back to him in the future.

The vehicles speakers were blown, when making the host aware he stated he just changed the speakers and they were not blown but that it was a subwoofer. When getting in the car for the first time we realized that the music was only coming out the front two speakers. We went to the settings and found the settings were set to only the front which would make me believe he knew of the issue. We were in Destin for a family vacation, I had my dad listen to it as well as my grandfather. They both agreed it was a blown speaker and would have even fixed it had they had the tools. The car windows were smoked out as well as the smell in the car. Over all, we made it work as it was my boyfriend, our 4 kids and I but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

All the information you stated are not accurate. As you are aware vehicles get rented daily and the fact you stating the speakers are blown out is in accurate. As I mentioned to you that the speakers are not the original speakers on the vehicle due to the fact that a previous customer damaged the speakers and I replaced all the speakers and the subwoofer. As I stated to u via text that the subwoofer might be too loud due to it not being the original speakers
Mike was great to work with. He allowed us to drop off the car earlier than originally planned and an overall great communicator. He was also able to provide a rear facing care seat for our daughter. Would highly recommend renting from him for your needs.
