The pickup and drop off location was convenient, and the host was flexible.
The only issue was with the maintenance on the car. The immediate oil change sign was on throughout the trip, and I kept getting warning messages on the screen that driver’s assistance package is inactive

The car was nice and clean as expected. The person we interfaced with gave us a bunch of attitude both during pickup and drop-off of the car.
Recommended that drop-off of the car isn't handled at JFK unless the car is parked. Both the pickup and the drop-off of the car felt extremely rushed since it was done in the airport lines instead of in the comfort of a parking space.
