Excellent communication and flexibility, on time for airport drop-off and also airport car return at terminal, excellent car and fair resolution of a few new scratches. I would rent from this owner again next summer (and plan to do so!)

The pickup and drop off location was convenient, and the host was flexible.
The only issue was with the maintenance on the car. The immediate oil change sign was on throughout the trip, and I kept getting warning messages on the screen that driver’s assistance package is inactive
