I was pleased with this car

Car was okay but the car was dirty I paid for a car wash the day I got car a lot of the stuff on the floor will not come out. The windows were super hard to look out as if the windows were wiped with a dirty rag. It was really hard for me to drive like that. I went to Safeway and purchased a couple of items to clean the vehicle there was a bad smell that I had the worse time getting out I litteraly drove with the window down. I don’t like to give bad reviews like this, but I paid a lot of money to rent this vehicle and reviews should be feedback so that it can be better for the next customer but S Ass consumers. We pay a lot of money to rent these cars the least we could get is a clean vehicle.

Car was good but the owner lied to me. I asked to extend for a couple of hours due to a family emergency and he agreed. Except when he told me to extend thru the app I was charged almost $50 more than I had already paid for another full day. He assured me that there was no way that I would be charged for the whole.day because he had someone else picking up the car later that afternoon. He was wrong and then when I tried to get ahold of him in regards to it he purposely ignored my calls then blocked my number so I had to call from another phone number. In order for me to get refunded the extra days worth that was deducted from my account all he would of had to do was contact Turo and let them know that he approved me two hour extension and I would have been refunded. So long story short I paid for 26 hours of renting his vehicle totaling close to$400 all in which I have not gotten aby of it back. This was probably the worst rental experience I have had woth Turo and the vehicles owner. Just because he seems nice and honest does not mean he is believe me. At the end of the day all we are are dollar signs to these people no consideration
