I will rate this host a zero the host was very rude and very unaccommodating. I reached the location to pick up my rental. It smelt like complete marijuana smoky the car was not clean at all although the car was a 2018 vehicle. It’s still was unacceptable for me and my 80 something-year-old mother and my children. I reached out to the host to see if there was another vehicle available that I can switch out for and I was advised that there was not. I also added an advise the hose that I was willing to clean the vehicle of It smell if he was willing to give many discount miniature discount and he said and I quote I do not give out discount. Return the car now I then proceeded to reach out to Turo, who was very accommodating and provided me an option for another vehicle, but I would never recommend this host ever to anyone because of his unprofessional behavior and non-customer service skills.

The host communication was great. The car was okay. The car was not as cleaned in the inside but it was okay . The seats are stained dirty really everywhere in the car is stained dirty but of course some cars you just can’t keep clean from wear and tear. Overall you can’t beat the price for 3rd row seat. I had to put air in the tire bc the the tire light came on
