Condition of car was excellent as was the experience of driving off the airport parking lot to our destination.
Host, Devon was very accessible and helpful.
This was my time personally using Turo, although I have been involved with the service many times before.
Only drawback was I didn’t check the pin on the Turo website because by the time we flew, changed planes with delays and landed I was very distracted and it was dark. From airport terminal it took me a long time to find car.
When I dropped off the car at airport in long term parking I accidentally locked keys in Dropbox before locking car. I have 2 knee replacements and
I wasn’t able kneel down on the gravel to undo this, I’m sorry.
