The vehicle I originally reserved was not available, and I was given a completely different car last minute. Additionally, the tires were significantly overinflated, causing the tire pressure warning system to beep throughout the drive. I had to go out of my way to reduce the tire pressure myself, which was both inconvenient and concerning. After that everything was ok . However, despite the inconvenience of not receiving the vehicle I had originally booked, no discount or compensation was offered.
unfortunately , AC takes about 45ms for the car to cool off other then that the car I received was ok .

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the original vehicle became unavailable because the previous guest failed to return it on time. Rather than cancel your trip, we provided a replacement vehicle. The tire pressure was checked after you contacted us, and temperatures exceeded 110°F during your trip, which can affect TPMS readings. The A/C was operating normally, though extreme heat can increase cool-down time. We appreciate your feedback.
