Amber has amazing hospitality. Her vehicle was incredibly clean, gas was full and an extra care packet was available for our drive out of state.

I was a bit disappointed when I went to pay for the parking fee at the airport and found out the car had been sitting there already for 8 hours and had racked up a $20 parking fee. It was mentioned in the description and in the messages that I was responsible for paying for the parking fee but I didn't realize the car was dropped off at the airport significantly earlier than the scheduled pick up time. I messaged the owner and asked if they would split the $20 fee with me since I was already charged a $50 airport drop off fee. She said no. She explained she has someone else deliver the car there and it's based on their availability. I think if the messages and description had explained the car might have been dropped off much earlier than the pickup time then I wouldn't have been blindsided to find out it was dropped off 8 hours earlier. I think 1-2 hours is more reasonable compared to 8 hours but whatever. I was stuck with the fee.
If you're sensitive to smells then I don't recommend renting this car. It had a very strong air freshener in it and it was really uncomfortable. I messaged the owner to request if I could get rid of it because I could hardly breathe in there even when I tried to lock it in the glovebox. Luckily she said yes but the smell lingered for days.

Guest was aware of the fees and even admitted she didn’t look at listing details. Tried to extort money from me to pay for parking and then left this review because she was upset I wouldn’t pay. Submitting to Turo for review as her messages prove she was aware of fees and tried to extort money from me. Terrible way to treat hosts! She should be ashamed of this behavior.
Seamless process for picking it up and dropping it back off at the airport. Car was clean and nice.
