Traffic Jam Made the Experience very pleasant by having a reliable vehicle that's great on gas and keeping communication open if you have any questions.
One area to improve is ensuring pet hair is removed from vehicle, however, I understand the grind... nothing a quick vacuum couldn't help 😊

I was out of town the AC was not working properly. I contacted the host in which he drove to where I was to swap out vehicles. He accommodated me and made sure the replacement vehicle was up to par and to my standards. Greatly appreciated the best host thus far!

Hello KeyVonna, upon our inspection, there is nothing wrong with the AC. It is just weaker when standing still and blows pretty cold when driven. I understand your original booking was a Mercedes and doesn’t like the Honda. As a result we swapped you in another Mercedes once it was available. Overall it was not a smooth experience but glad we worked it out!
