I couldn’t get the car returned on time because I was out of state
Hey Douglas—thank you for renting my Honda. Overall, the trip went okay and I appreciate you taking care of the vehicle. There were some pet hair cleanliness concerns at return, but other than that good. Please make sure to follow all Turo policies on future trips. Thank you. 🤝

Everything was great. Hector is very pleasant and very communicative. I had an emergency situation with my mother who has Dementia and was a little late dropping the car off and he was understanding.
