Fantastic experience with the Traffic Jam team! They were proactive before pickup, identifying a potential reservation issue and giving me extra time to resolve it so the trip started without a hitch. Communication was excellent and positive every step of the way, making the whole rental completely hassle-free. We loved our trip to Chicago and will definitely rent from them again. Hello Kenajha, there is nothing wrong with the car, just one of the rear reflectors fell off and we didn’t have parts available right away. Overall we are using older cars to provide cheaper rate for our customers and there can be drawbacks. Thanks for understanding!
