Communication was amazing, I had a change in itinerary and Avery was able to accommodate which made my trip a lot easier. I hope to be able to use this car again, it’s amazing!

How was nice, helpful! Car was wonderful and in spectacular condition

Only one of the three seatbelts in the back row was functional. Two of the seatbelts were broken. I would not have rented this car had I known because I was traveling with my three small children and needed all seatbelts to be in working condition.

Great communication! Easy pickup and drop off. Very understanding and helpful as my daughter was hit by the flu bug the day of our travel and Avery was kind enough to allow us to modify the reservation twice.
