Host was good and communicative. Instructions to retrieve and return the car are safe, simple, and secure. Car was very clean inside (lovely interior ) and rode fine. One small issue though, the entire time that I had the vehicle, I was unable to open the trunk with the key fob or manually. This was a minor inconvenience because the trunk is the reason I rented this vehicle. Either way, adjustments were made and an additional Home Depot truck was rented to avoid ruining the very nice interior trying to fit electronics (tv and soundbar) in through the back doors wrapped in blankets.
