The car was fine it just needs some new windshield wipers and fluid

This car was dirty inside and out! Invested with spiders, that crawled on my child. Oil change required light on. A constant grinding noise with terrible brakes. I explained to the host, the purpose of renting this vehicle prior and host stated everything was good. Host wasn’t helpful at all and had terrible customer service. RED FLAGS DON’T RENT‼️‼️

First, I had to contact the host after the scheduled pickup time to find out where the vehicle was located. That information should have been provided before pickup. When exiting the parking garage, I was also required to pay for four hours of parking. I notified the host but never received a response regarding the charge.
The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up, so I had to take it through a car wash the next day. It also had a loud noise when starting and while running. During the trip, multiple dashboard warnings appeared, including an oil change reminder and stop/start system service messages. When I brought these issues to the host's attention, I was told not to worry about them.
I was willing to overlook these inconveniences, but a day after I returned the vehicle, the host sent me an invoice for fuel. I picked up the vehicle with a range of 277 miles and returned it with a range of 403 miles.
I'm giving 1 star because the vehicle ultimately got us to our destinations safely. However, the condition of the car, the warning messages, and the overall experience left me uneasy throughout the trip.
I will not book this vehicle again and do not recommend booking this vehicle to anyone.
