This host was unprofessional . Rude about where the car was. The car was hard to find. There were also safety issues with the windshield wipers front and back not working and they asked me to replace them and pay me back. The car was fine no complaints with that other than the windshield wipers. I was not able to switch the car because I needed the car for an emergency. I wish Turo was more concerned about their customer safety.

The pickup instructions have been successfully used by other guests without issue, though I understand experiences can vary. The windshield wiper concern had not been previously reported, and once I was made aware, I offered an immediate reimbursement-based solution to help minimize disruption to your trip. I we hope you stop lying and try to be more nice and lye less next time!
