Rim covers/protectors were less than ideal otherwise flawless
Guests unintentionally cause minor wheel damage, as the wheels on a Model Y Performance are highly exposed. It is not reasonable to expect that every small nick or imperfection can be prevented or controlled. Given this, the 4 rating and assessment is unfair.

This was the 12th pleasure trip in different cities using Turo in the last 12 months. Glenn is our favorite when flying to Newark. The convenience of airport pickup and drop off is the thing that first attracted us and the communication and cleanliness of the car will have us continuing to request him.

Renting this car was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made WRT ground transportation on a trip. The process to pick up and return was easy to follow. The host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The car was amazing - we were both basically passengers everywhere we went thanks to the Full Self Drive capabilities in this Tesla. A+ experience, will definitely do this again next time. Thank you, Glenn and Turo!
