Was inconvenienced when booking a car they lied and the car wasn’t there. They then contacted me and tried to give me a lemon and I refused. Then they gave me a A5 and said I could not get it. Then gave me this q3 that went even equivalent to my original car. The Car wheel was crocket and breaks squeaking with a lil shaking not too bad . However I am 6 months pregnant with kids in the car that’s not safe for us to safe PeriodT .

Very unprofessional. The first car that was given to me was not serviced. The car was shaking while driving it. Then when we swapped out for the other vehicle the car smelled like smoke.

Check engine light trip ended early

When filling up gas the gas cap wasn’t screwed on tight enough. Car has been checked and it is good to go!
