NOTE: 1 - You agree to absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in this car or a fee will be charged. Do not Spray any fragrance oils in the car, also. 2- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 3-You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 4-You agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 5-You agree that vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. 6- You agree to return the car in a clean condition. 7- You Agree to return the car at the scheduled time unless there is an approved trip change. failure to do so will result in a per hour fine.
