This is the first time I’ve had a poor experience on Turo. Sadly the host was deceitful about the pick up location. I paid additional for the airport parking fee, however, the car was parked in a different lot requiring a shuttle and having to pay $15 to leave. The written directions through Turo were minimal. We got on the economy airport parking shuttle, however, the driver told us we were in the wrong lot after showing the pictures provided through Turo. I called the host as well as messaged after getting to the car about the airport parking but he was avoiding the question. The car was clean upon arrival but it did make strange noises for no apparent reason and had poor traction on the roads in the mountains.
That’s a false statement gps in the app pined the car in the wrong location I called the shuttle and made sure that the guest was picked up secondly I prepaid for the parking I texted her the guest a picture of the receipt for the park I also refunded the guest for the parking which is a point the guest did not add I was very honest and forthcoming I followed up with the guest later and she ignored me

Host was very responsive and flexible throughout the duration of the trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the car in great condition, and was overall a great vehicle for our trip!!
