Host sent an invoice for refueling when vehicle was returned with more gas than he left at drop-off plus a convenience fee. Then sent a long message about a math class trying to insult when disputed. Vehicle was okay it needs breaks adjusted or a new set as it grinds and sways on breaking and a tune up another guest has mentioned in reviews with host disagreeing. as well as getting his gas gauge fixed since he said it doesn't work right as that was his arguement. Horrible first time experience with minimal use on my end. Does not recommend Jubilee.

Charles returned the car low on fuel. I refueled the car. Charles told me that he would give me a bad review if I did not void the invoice for the refueling. I did not void the invoice and Charles gave me a bad review. I agree that the car needed a brake job... and I got the brakes repaired between his trip and the next guest trip. We do maintain the vehicles... they are very clean. His horrible review is a revenge review. If you are a Host... think twice before renting to Charles.
SUV was very clean and will rent again only problem is it seem like it needs a tune up other than that everything went well
