Car is too old. Should not be used as a rental. Front tires is bald , transmission, slipping in 1st gear and windshield wipers needs to be changed and sporadically get stuck
We’re very surprised to hear this as none of these concerns were reported to us during the trip, and we encourage guests to reach out immediately if any issue arises so we can resolve it promptly, as is our standard practice on Turo.
After this trip, the vehicle was inspected and confirmed to be operating normally and with tires within range. We remain committed to maintaining our vehicles and providing a smooth, reliable experience for all guests.
