Everything was good, easy pick up, and drop off however this is the first Turo experience I’ve had where the lender has requested for me to get a car wash when this is their business even though I did do a car wash I feel like it’s inappropriate. There was dog hair all over my work clothes, I don’t have an animal and they requested I leave the car how I got it so I did. I most likely won’t chose this car as an option again but it did fulfill its purpose
