AVOID this car for your own safety. Horrible first Turo experience. Car was supposed to be ready at 9 but it was in a different pickup location which was never communicated. The staff response is 20 to 45 minutes and didnt get my car until after 11. They did offer to cancel which I should have but finding another car to rent is a hassle and I was leaving on my trip early morning. Let's list the cons of this piece of junk car:
-Had a musty wet dog gross smell
- I don't think it was clean, trunk had a sticking substance in the back with previous renters kids shoes left behind
- Front window was very dirty from the inside
- The AC made a very loud rattling sound
-If your window gets dirty the water sprayer does not work
- The right rear tire kept getting low on me which was concerning driving on mountain roads
-Breaks squeak very loudly, also concerning and when you stop coming down hill the whole car shakes
-Worst of all the transmission struggles to to into gear
- The car almost didn't work at one point of my trip, I had to turn it off and on
Overall avoid this car, not only is it unsafe but it wasn't even in the right location

Had we known about these concerns earlier, we could have arranged a vehicle swap to provide a better solution. The vehicle has also been used by other guests without similar issues being reported.
