Edin is wonderful and responsive however idk why his end is saying 83 dollar total and mine is saying 250 getting with Turo on that one though ! I recommend Edin and will use him again if we figure this out!!

Vehicle had an extremely strong cigarette smoke odor upon pickup. I reported it immediately, and the host confirmed that the previous renter had smoked in the vehicle and acknowledged they tried to clean it before my rental. Unfortunately, the smell was still overwhelming and caused concern because my daughter has severe allergies. I appreciated the host responding quickly and noting that I would not be held responsible for the smoke smell, but the vehicle should have been fully treated and smoke-free before being rented out again. Overall, this made the rental experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
Dishonest guest, HOSTS stay away from the guest.
False claims, offered to return the car-rejected! Offer to exchange the car for higher value car-rejected! This car doesn't have any history of ''smell" odor prior or after this guest was renting, guest had one goal from start to finish to use the car and to get refund if its possible ! Claiming all kind of things being in urgent care in different state, while GPS showing 5 miles away from drop off location.TURO should handle this type of guests
