Vehicle has transmission issues and there's paperwork in the car where the host declined repairs

I think this would be a great moment to educate. so the vehicle had a final drive issue which is the rear end. the reason you saw paperwork showing that we declined was because a regular mechanic does not do final drive assemblies so you take it to to a shop that specializes in rear ends and transmissions no different than you wouldn't go to a podiatrist for your teeth you would go to a dentist vehicle was 100% perfectly fine and repaired and invoice given to turo
