Pick-up and drop-off were incredibly easy and convenient. The car was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable to drive. It was the perfect, reliable vehicle for our vacation..especially compared to my Wrangler. I had a great experience and will definitely be renting from Sam again in the future. Highly recommend!

Host was late during pickup. Gave a hard time of not having physical license in hand but it was verified through app prior to pickup. The car Drove great

Hi Angelica sorry to hear that but it is turo policy to have your license with you at check in and we were here at the location you said we were late actually you came in late but we have to follow turo policy to stay in good standing we appreciate your business but we are never late on any customer
