After I picked up the car, while driving on the highway the car shook vigorously to the point I had to exit off the highway. I called the host and he said that it was due to the tires. I drove it again on the highway and it did the same thing. When I returned it I informed them again how the car was on the highway and how unsafe it is for that vehicle to be driven on the highway. The male host did not take my concerns seriously. The female I spoke to was very nice and understanding and ensured me she was going to get the vehicle looked at. The vehicle did fine for what I needed it for, but to get from one destination to the next i have drive on the street.
Hi sorry to hear that but we checked the jeep and it drove perfectly we went on the highway and drove it for 10 miles at 75 miles an hour we didn’t have any issues we even checked the tires which are new and made sure everything worked perfectly we had customers that rented this jeep and went all the way to Houston and back never had any complaints sorry you didn’t enjoy it but the jeep is perfectly fine
