First time using Turo. Don't know if we'll use again. Vehicle pick up took 3 hours, including 30 minutes before even finding the vehicle. Getting into the vehicle to take interior photos was impossible with it locked, and no exterior lock box as promised. Turns out, it took them a long time to receive our external photos, and remotely unlock the vehicle for us. Then once we sent all of the photos jumped through all of the hoops and were ready to start our trip, removing the keys from the sunglasses holder where they were left for us, the vehicle simply would not start. We tried everything. With no reply from Turo, and an appointment we were late for, my wife left me with the vehicle to go handle the appointment and return for me. Still the vehicle would not start. Finally our Turo host responded and remotely unlocked the starter. The summer sun and heat, since it was not in covered parking, only made it feel worse. All in all it was a frustrating 3 hours to pick up a car. The return was better, it only took 1 hour.
