Host was great.. Its the Tuto app that looks to charge fees at every turn. i was charged 44 dollars to pick up car later because of a flight delay... Then the app says i turned the car in at 7:30 when i dropped it off at 3:45 am. Might look to use another service on the future because too many headaches on the money side.

I recommend reaching out to them as well so they can review your case. As a host, I focused on giving you a smooth and reliable experience.
