Clear pickup and return instructions were provided through the Turo app. Unfortunately, the vehicle was returned in a condition that required professional cleaning and a reimbursement request. Car was clean and fueled up all the way when I picked it up, easy and quick pick up, first time Using Turo and it was a breeze. Car got good on gas mileage and was comfortable to drive. Paul was a great host and I will be using him again!
