Cars are not in good condition

We’re sorry you experienced a mechanical breakdown during your trip. However, we don’t believe it’s fair to say our vehicles are “not in good condition.” This vehicle was maintained and operating normally before the trip. Unfortunately, the engine unexpectedly failed, which can happen even with a properly maintained vehicle, and there was no prior indication that this failure was going to occur. We responded to the situation as soon as we were notified.
Key fob didn’t work, other than that the vehicle was great.

Car was fine but wouldn’t start half of the time. It would take 4-5 minutes and trying to turn it on over 10 times for it to start.
