You changed the address that you yourself had set in the system—I would have thought that deserved your appreciation. It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is charged to the same level it was at when you first picked it up. Since you failed to fulfill this responsibility, it is only logical that the system charges you for the electricity used; this is standard procedure. You are being unreasonable, and your review is completely incorrect.

Overall, the car and the trip were great, but the vehicle did not appear to be vacuumed prior to the trip and the Tesla charger that was provided did not work with the vehicle

This is just a car-sharing arrangement. I’m simply doing you a favor. Don't be so mean. That charger is an extra—it wasn't part of what I promised.
