Car ran great and the host and family were amazing as ever! I will definitely rent from this host again if they’re available❤️😊

The car had cracks in the windshield (a few tiny specks, one about the width of a nickel), ripped arm rests and middle consoles, and honestly I think the mileage policy is crap. Then I got an email about informing if I dropped off early because I could be charged more… but I got charged for daily parking (it was there maybe 2 hours and could have been $16), why are they expected not to also be charged?
The car shakes a lot when traveling at the national parks, more than normal or what would be expected. It felt like the transmission slipped when you took your foot off the brake. The charging ports sucked battery from my phone instead of charging it. Just wasn’t worth the price.
