Great communication. Very attentive and accommodating to my needs. Awesome!

The car is well worn. There were several rips and tears in the center console and drivers door arm rest. Windshield had old suction marks they didn't wipe off from a phone mount and sticker residue on it. The steering wheel shakes when applying brakes. Even worse on the freeway. Having to pay $37 for airport parking is a pain. Wouldn't rent from them again
