The host was a little late to drop us off the car. The car smelled like cigarettes when we got it.

All of our vehicles, including this Ford, are strictly smoke-free. Unfortunately, despite our policy, some guests choose to smoke in the vehicle. We thoroughly clean the cars between trips, but in rare cases a slight odor may still remain. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback as it helps us continue improving our service.

The car was clean but had stains on the seats and had a funny smell that I had to buy febreze to keep spraying. The host wanted to charge $75 dollars to change the pick up location which I think may be a lot to take it down the street. It drove good but after it hits 3/4 of a tank the gas seems to go pretty fast so the mileage per gallon is low I expected that being an suv. Also it seemed like there was some whistling coming from the ski racks on the top of the car any time u drive you hear it. The host was decent explained everything to me on where to pick it up and the return. I probably won't rent from them again

We never pressure anyone to book if the location or terms don’t work for them. I’ll address the smell, stain, and roof-rack noise with my team.
